Beyond The Usual Teaching Job
Abstract
The teacher gives examples, but the educator tries to be the example. The teacher who moves from teaching the syllabus to teaching the learners becomes educator. The teacher who dares to step beyond the usual job she does, and starts cultivating hope, at that very moment she is becoming a mentor and an educator.
